Connecting Your Wallet

Sonde supports wallet-based authentication via Xaman (formerly XUMM) or Joey. No passwords, no email — you sign a message with your XRPL account to prove ownership.

How to connect

1. 1.Navigate to the Portfolio page from the sidebar.
2. 2.Click Connect Wallet. Sonde will generate a QR code.
3. 3.Open Xaman or Joey on your phone and scan the QR code.
4. 4.Approve the sign-in request in your wallet app. This signs a message proving you own the account — no XRP is sent.
5. 5.Sonde verifies the signature and creates a session. Your portfolio loads automatically.

Security

Sonde never has access to your secret keys. The sign-in flow only proves account ownership — it cannot send transactions on your behalf. Sessions are stored as JWT cookies and can be revoked at any time by logging out.

Requirements

• ▸Xaman or Joey installed on your phone (iOS or Android)
• ▸An activated XRPL account (minimum 10 XRP reserve)
